Refund/Return Policy*
No refunds. All purchases are final. No items are entitled to be refunded or returned. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately via phone (970-690-6856 MST) or email from the website: http://holyroller.biz/contact. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a replacement. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a replacement. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for replacement. Exchanges and/or replacements are granted on a case-by-case basis.
